Although CGES has so far had most of the automated business processes, as a modern company of the 21st century, it has started to introduce ERP to ensure the use of an integrated application system and its parts. ERP will allow our company to manage all resources in an efficient way, the implementation of which requires innovative business processes, staff training and technical assistance. Accordingly, CGES has recently started to train more than 100 future users of the system, in compliance with all National Coordination Body measures.
It is worth noting that CGES and a consortium of companies „Saga“ – Podgorica, „NPS“ – Belgrade and „Čikom“ – Podgorica signed a contract for the delivery and implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and DMS (Document Management System) systems in early September, worth nearly 1,4 million euros.
The main advantages of the implementation of the new business system may be found in a complete and updated business system on a day-by-day basis, quality and smart business analyses, as well as in establishing a system for fast, clear and creative reporting. We must not forget the possibility of developing consolidated reports and increasing data quality (trusting the accuracy) as a basis for proper decision-making.
By implementing ERP and DMS systems, CGES will complete the digitalization of its business.
