The recognition for the manager of the year in majority state-owned companies, awarded by the Association of Managers of Montenegro (AMM), came as the result of teamwork and confirmation that Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem (CGES) is continuously moving in the right direction keeping its focus on strategic business goals, said the Company CEO, Ivan Asanović.
When receiving the award at the ceremony organized by AMM for the most successful managers in large and small-sized, private and state-owned companies, as well as for the best entrepreneurs and employers for the year 2023, Asanović expressed his pride that the best manager award once again came to CGES.
"For good results in any job, a person needs to sincerely love what he does, work hard, make even small improvements, with the support of great team and colleagues."
