In agreement with Terna, CGES allocated cross-border transmission capacities at the daily auction for 28 December 2019 and thus began the commercial use of the undersea interconnection of Montenegro and Italy. This allows all interested participants in the electricity market to use the cross-border capacity in a transparent allocation process based on market principles.
