On the occasion of the Earth Day aimed at promoting the significance of safeguarding the environment, the first grade pupils from Elementary School “Pavle Rovinski” accompanied by a teacher Biljana Durković visited National Dispatching Centre Podgorica, which is not surprising given that our company is highly aware of environmental protection reflected though all development projects and during regular maintenance of power facilities.
In front of NDC, these young pupils were entertained for ten minutes by a popular performer Žarko Žabac, which was followed by enthusiastic public reception.
No less impressive was an encounter with kind-hearted hosts in a dispatch room, which highly impressed the pupils. Radiant children’s faces did not conceal their curiosity, which was finally followed by a very “serious” conversation with dispatchers Miodrag Rajković, Ivan Šljivančanin, and their head Dejan Dedović, who gave them many interesting answers, which may inspire them to pursue this profession in the future.
Finally, this joyful band headed towards cantina at the CGES Head Office, where their unforgettable company with employees of our power company ended in a sweet way until some other time.
