We are informing the public about the decisions adopted at XIII Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Crnogosrki elektroprenosni sistem held today in Podgorica, whereby the members of the Board of Directors of this energy company were dismissed and then appointed.
In addition to Aleksandar Mijušković (CGES), Jelena Matejić (EMS), Giacomo Donnini and Guido Guida (Terna – Rete Elettrica Nazionale S.p.A.) who are re-elected members, Slavoljub Todorović,EM, Vučko Fatić, BEcon and Violeta Vuljaj, B.Sc. manager are newly appointed representatives of the state capital in the Board of Directors of CGES.
The Shareholder Meeting was followed by a constitutive session of the new convocation of the Board of Directors, at which it was decided that Aleksandar Mijušković would be the Chairman of the Board of Directors of CGES.
Taking up that position. Mijušković expressed his gratitude for the trust shown and looked back on the previos period of the company's operations marked with exceptional results.

ALEKSANDAR MIJUŠKOVIĆ BIOGRAPHY
Aleksandar Mijušković is a graduate in Electrical Engineering, with twenty-nine years of work experience in the energy industry. Since June 2021 he has been performing the function as Chairman of Board of Directors of CGES for several terms, with a short break, until 25 January2024.
He previously worked for the Coordinated Auction Office in South East Europe (SEE CAO), which allocates cross-border transmission capacities between transmission system operators in Southeast Europe, which are also the company's founders. In the period 2014-2019, he was the Executive Director of SEE CAO, and as a continuation of a significant role in the formation of this successful regional company, he held numerous positions, from Project Team Chairman to the Executive Director of the Project Company in charge of establishing SEE CAO in the period 2012-2014.
In the period 1995-2009, he covered numerous positions in the National Dispatching Centre (EPCG) from Operational Dispatcher to Chief Engineer for Analytics, Energy Billing and Forecasts in which he gained extensive experience in electric power transmission system control.
In the period 2009-2012, he was the Director of the Sector for Regulatory, Legal, Personnel and International Cooperation Affairs.
He is a member of ENTSO-E Assembly and Med-TSO Assembly.
Mr. Mijušković was a member of SEETSO TF (South East Europe Transmission System Operators Working Group), a member of ENTSO-E (European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity), the Market Committee and the ENTSO-E Regional Group for South East Europe, as well as a member of EUROELECTRIC (European Electricity Industry Association), a task force for Southeast Europe
Aleksandar Mijušković is one of the initiators of the Montenegro –Italy submarine cable interconnection project and a member of the negotiating team with the Italian transmission system operator Terna.
As a member of the Montenegrin delegation, he participated in the meetings of the plenary subcommittee and sector meetings of the Enhanced Permanent Dialogue between the European Commission and Montenegro on transport, energy, environmental and regional policy.
He has been a participant in all Athens forums since 2003.
In his career so far, he has achieved successful cooperation with transmission system operators, energy companies, the Energy Community Secretariat, as well as international financial institutions.
He is a partner of the Institute of Energy for Southeast Europe (IENE) from Athens.
In addition to the above, he has been an invited speaker at numerous conferences and seminars throughout Europe.
