The shareholders of Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem AD Podgorica are hereby informed that pursuant to the Decision on dividend payment, which was passed at the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting on 26 October 2021, dividends will be paid out based on the profit earned in 2020.
The total amount of dividend to be paid out to shareholders, after deduction of income tax, amounts to € 6,803,022.41.
The net amount of dividend per share is € 0.046716173.
Dividend payments will begin on 17 December 2021.
The dividend will be paid out to the shareholders of Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem AD who owned shares on 26 October 2021, i.e. the day the Decision on dividend payment was made.
Dividend payment is made through Crnogorska komercijalna banka AD Podgorica and will be available in all branches of this bank.
Shareholders who are not able to withdraw dividends in the branches of Crnogorska komercijalna banka AD Podgorica may request that the dividend be paid to their bank account in the country or abroad. In this case, shareholders natural persons (residents and non-residents) are required to submit to the bank the following documents, which must be notarized:
- request for dividend payment with clear and accurate payment instructions,
- copy of ID card.
